University of Chester
（Ⅰ）School Profile
Established in 1839, University of Chester is one of the Top 5 oldest high-quailty comprehensive public universities in the UK. University of Chester has seven campus and offers over 400 undergraduate and postgraduate (master's and doctoral) courses. There are 20700 students from more than 130 countries. The university boasts a strong faculty body, with the highest proportion of professionally certified teachers in the northwest of England and fourth highest in the entire UK. Its Computer Science program ranks first in the UK and Chemical Engineering consistently places among the top three . The Accounting & Finance discipline secures a position within the top five, and multiple business-related programs rank top ten. Notably, the university's business school has been honored as the "Top Business School of 2024" by Times Higher Education (THE), obtaining international accreditations including AACSB, ACCA, and CIMA.
（Ⅱ）Cooperation between the Two Schools
Mr. David McGravie, the Pro Vice Chancellor (International) and Executive Dean of the Faculty of Arts Humanities and Social Sciences and his delegation came to our university and engaged in the exchange symposium on sino-foreign joint training program on March 18, 2025. The two universities formally signed framework cooperation agreement.
City University Malaysia
（Ⅰ）School Profile
Established in 1984, City University Malaysia is one of the first institutions that have reached the agreement on mutual recognition of academic degrees between Malaysia and China. It is also a designated cooperative university under the "Belt and Road Initiative" of the Malaysian and Chinese governments. City University Malaysia has an international teaching environment and has two campuses in Kuala Lumpur and Johor. In the 2022 Applied HE ranking of private universities in ASEAN, City University Malaysia has achieved several superior rankings: 13th in the comprehensiveness ranking, 3rd in the teaching and learning ability , 3rd in the employment ability and 4th in the internationalization.
（Ⅱ）Cooperation between the Two Schools
In June 2024, the two universities officially signed cooperation agreement. The delegation including Dr.Syamsul Afizi Muhammad, General Manager of Business Development, TS.Saw Eugene, Dean of City College and Associate Dean of the School of Creative Industries, and Mr.Amirreza Oshaghi Lashkariani, educational consultant for the Chinese market came to our university for an exchange visit on June 27,2024 and had an in-depth discussion on the study-abroad programs in Malasia for our university's teachers and students.
Budapest Metropolitan university
（Ⅰ）School Profile
Budapest Metropolitan University is one of the largest private universities in Hungary and Central Europe and its academic qualifications are recognized by various countries and the Chinese Ministry of Education. The university was established in 2001. There are about 8,000 students including about 500 international students from more than 70 countries in 6 continents. The university adopts ECTS credit system. English teaching program covers all academic disciplines at of the university.
（Ⅱ）Cooperation between the Two Schools
Our university leaders went to Hungary to attend the fifth Overseas Exhibition of Jiangxi Institutions of Higher Education on October 18, 2024. As one of the exhibition universities, we conducted in-depth communication with Budapest Metropolitan university on bothway overseas study, mutual recognition of credits , teacher visits for academic purposes and scientific research cooperation, and we signed contract successfully .
Hoseo University
（Ⅰ）School Profile
Hoseo University was founded in 1978.It has four campuses in Seoul, Yesan and Cheonan, etc. The university has 13 academic departments, 55 majors and 9 graduate schools. The IT major is famous in South Korea. And the number of students reaches more than 16,000 including nearly 1,000 international students. It has an excellent system of coordinated development of industry, academia and research and a specialized campus for integration of industry and education. And it is one of the universities at the forefront of venture entrepreneurship in South Korea. It is quite distinctive in majors and fields such as animation and AI integrated education.
（Ⅱ）Cooperation between the Two Schools
In December 2023, Yuzhang Normal college and Huseo University signed friendly exchange agreement. In March 2024, the vice president of Huseo University and his delegation visited our college and signed agreement of teacher-student exchange of the two universities.
Myongji University
（Ⅰ）School Profile
Myongji University was established in 1948, which is one of South Korea's leading private universities. There are 600 professors and associate professors, 3000 lecturers and other researchers. Over the past 60 years, the university has been a comprehensive and famous private university that educates students with a philosophy of education of love, truth and dedication. It has nurtured many talents with a young and competent faculty, advanced educational and research facilities, internationally-minded students, and a scenic campus. Myongji University has two campuses in Seoul, the capital of South Korea and Yongin, a neighboring educational city. In the 2020 QS Asia University Rankings, it ranked in the 351-400 range, the same as Anhui University, Guangxi University and Hefei University of Technology in China.
（Ⅱ）Cooperation between the Two Schools
Yuzhang Normal college and Myongji University launched the major of "3+0" China-South Korea cooperation music performance (junior college) in 2018 and the current number of students has reached 195.
Nan Yang Institute of Management
（Ⅰ）School Profile
Nan Yang Institute of Management is a higher learning institution known for high-quality education. It is an international education college which is officially registered and approved by the Ministry of Education of Singapore and accredited by the Chinese Embassy in Singapore. Nan Yang Institute of Management offers language training, employment training certificate, tertiary, senior tertiary, undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
（Ⅱ）Cooperation between the Two Schools.
In November 2022, the two universities signed international exchange memorandum and cooperated on student exchange visit, academic exchange, faculty teaching and further education.
Lipetsk State Normal University
（Ⅰ）School Profile
Lipetsk State Normal University is located in the city of Lipetsk, the capital of the Lipetsk Oblast of the Russian Federation.After nearly a century of development, it has become a comprehensive university which offers degrees in biochemistry, science and engineering, economics, literature, education, art and sports. It currently has a diverse student body of more than 10,000 and has more than 600 professors. The university consists of six schools, the School of International Education and the Russian-Chinese Center. The university has 30 master's programs and 7 doctoral programs.
